Microlife Blood Pressure Monitor Guide

A Microlife Blood Pressure Monitor is the first choice of many patients who need to monitor their blood pressure at home whether it is caused by plain hypertension of a heart disease of some kind. There are other things that would need you to monitor your blood pressure at home but they are the 2 main ones. I've started a new pinterest board today to highlight some of my article on the best blood pressure monitors. I honestly don't know how I would have managed without my trusty blood pressure monitor. You don't need the fanciets, most expensive, full of all the latest features monitor to stay safe. Even a bog standard cheapy blood pressure monitor is good enough for you to monitor your blood pressure at home. High blood pressure is such a big killer because it shows so little in the way of symptoms. So even if you suspect you may have problems with hypertension do yourself a favour and get one. Your family will thank you for it. Another way that I've started to promote high blood pressure monitoring is usin Indulgy. It's a bit of a new site pretty much like pinterest as it collects images in what it calls ' collections. It's really very handy to be able to group all my info together like this.

BP785 Blood Pressure Monitor

I've created a new article on the Omron BP758 Blood Pressure Monitor over on Sirgo. It's a fairly new web 2.o site where you can create web pages similar to squidoo. I've been using the Easy Product Displays software to create some really nice product boxes with my affiliate links in them. It's a good article getting a little traffic already and may turn out to be a nice little earner once it has matured and gotten a few more links to it etc.

Here's an example of the Easy Product Displays as used in the article. As you can see they can be used on just about every site. I'm finding it very fast an easy to create affiliate links this way.

Garmin Forerunner 405 Guide

My latest lens over on Squidoo is all about the Forerunner 405 sports watch. I thought it went well with my other guides on heart rate monitors. There are a few other makers of heart rate monitors that I will be writing about over the next few weeks. I'm such a terrible person when it comes to exercise. Omron HR100C Heart Rate Monitor Review

My new article on the Omron HR100C Heart Rate Monitor may at first seem to be a bit of a departure from my usual topics on blood pressure but it is related. It is even more important to monitor your heart rate if you suffer with high blood pressure or have any type of heart disease. Many type of heart disease are improved with the use of some moderate exercise but it has to be done carefully. You don't want to undo any benefits you may get from your exertions.

My latest article in my series of reviews on blood pressure monitors is the Omron BP785 on Squidoo. I have outlined the advantages of owning this particular model and what it's best features are.
